How to Order Kendamil Online in Ghana

Ordering Kendamil online in Ghana takes a few minutes. Pick your formula, enter your delivery address, and pay with Mobile Money or card. A rider then calls you to arrange delivery.
Step 1: Choose your Kendamil product
Go to the products page and filter by range (Classic, Organic, Goat) or stage. If you are unsure which stage fits your baby's age, see Stage 1 vs Stage 2 vs Stage 3. If your healthcare professional has already recommended a formula, search for that one.
Step 2: Add to cart
Choose a quantity and tap Add to Cart. Many parents order two or more tins at once so they don't run out between deliveries. Our guide to how long a tin lasts can help you decide how many to buy.
Step 3: Check out as a guest or sign in
From your cart, tap Checkout. You can continue as a guest or create an account. With an account you can save addresses, see past orders and reorder in one tap.
Step 4: Enter your delivery details
You will be asked for:
- the name of the person receiving the order
- a delivery phone number the rider can call
- street address and city
- your region
- a nearby landmark (optional, but it helps the rider find you)
Step 5: Pay securely with Paystack
Payment is handled by Paystack, a secure payment provider used by many Ghanaian businesses. You can pay with:
- Mobile Money: MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash (formerly Vodafone Cash) or AirtelTigo Money. Approve the prompt on your phone.
- Card: Visa or Mastercard.
- Bank transfer.
A small card and MoMo processing fee is shown at checkout before you pay. We never see or store your card details.
Step 6: Wait for the rider's call
Once your payment is confirmed you will see your order number (it looks like ORD-20261006-A7B2). A rider will contact you to arrange delivery and tell you the delivery fee, which you pay to the rider. Read more in Kendamil delivery across Ghana.
Tracking your order
If you have an account, your orders are under My Account. If you checked out as a guest, use Track Order with your order number and the email or phone number you used.
