1. Introduction
Welcome to Kendamil Ghana. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you complete your order.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, actual product packaging may vary from images shown on our website.
3. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders are subject to product availability.
Payment is processed securely through Paystack. We accept mobile money, bank cards, and other payment methods supported by Paystack. Payment must be received before your order is dispatched.
4. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within Ghana. Currently we serve Greater Accra and Ashanti Region. We are working to expand to more regions. Delivery fees apply based on your location. Delivery is available within Ghana only — we do not ship internationally.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging with all seals intact.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including delivery costs.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened baby formula products unless they are defective.
6. Product Safety & Usage
All Kendamil products are manufactured in the UK and meet international safety standards. Please read all product labels and instructions carefully before use.
Infant formula is not suitable for babies with cow's milk protein allergy. Always consult with your healthcare provider before introducing formula to your baby's diet.
7. User Accounts
To place orders, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and keep your information updated.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Kendamil Ghana or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kendamil Ghana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or products.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
